Why does my domain name automatically change to myusername.pitchmagic.com?

When you type your domain name into your address bar and it automatically changes to your internal PitchMagic address (yourusername.pitchmagic.com), that means it’s getting forwarded.

When you go to your domain name, it should always stay at your domain name, and users shouldn’t see your internal address.

To do that, you need to setup a CNAME record. We have videos for setting up CNAME records for several registrars on the Domain Name page in PitchMagic, but if you need additional help, you should be able to email your domain registrar and ask “Can you please setup a CNAME record of YOURUSERNAME.pitchmagic.com for my domain name?”
